Grannies now has Wi-Fi and Roku tv,it’s homie and comfortable the beds sleep good ,it’s an old house it was built in 1959 I left all the walls the same they are shiplap and the old floors are still in it except kitchen and dining room,And those who love shooting we are 4.2 from K&M shooting range ,Henderson 12 miles,and Grannies sits on a 300 acre farm you can walk anywhere you want no neighbors,Chickasaw State Park 17.8 Jackscreek 8.5 ,Sweetlips 4.8 miles ,Selmer 19.0 , 20 min.from town The space You could go like the Amish and minnonites ,Wonderful people the rooms in the house are comfy but most people that come they stay on the patio make memories and have family time and. Grill and have a good time there is plenty of parking the whole house is lit up outside it’s a good place for a slumber party,Holiday festivities,has good air conditioner,propane heat,very warm in the winter during hunting season,I just want people who come to this house to make their selves at home and be comfortable no need to bring anything but ur selves ,groceries everything else is supplied down to shampoo’s conditioner,body wash!!Thank you Stephanie This house is so comfortable it’s home away from home remember the days when you went to ur grandparents house and she had sausage n gravy biscuits on the stove and Fatback even tho she was finished with breakfast the aroma in the house was awesome this is Grannies house she had a little place on the side of the house where she had a garden and she loved to can ! I will leave sausage ,eggs,bacon,biscuits in fridge that is what Granny would want me to do! And also on Beds I have waterproof mattress and stain resistant and also I have stain proof pillow cases and then pillow cases on top of them!
