The space Placid Blue the perfect place when you’re away from home. We create this home with comfort and group fun in mind. We offer 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, an amazing great room and a large kitchen with all of the essentials. We do not allow confetti at all., including in balloons. YOU CANNOT USE WIPES OF ANY TIME, WIPES CLOG OUR SYSTEM AND ANY EVIDENCE OF USE WILL INCUR AN OUT OF USE CHARGE AND SERVICE CALL CHARGE. We have tons of seating for a percent backyard bbq with a charcoal grill and propane griddle. (Bring your own supplies.) Guest access Guest have access to the entire home except Garage Area. We offer keyless entry and Code will be sent automatically. We DO NOT OFFER the following: Early Check-in Late Check-out Extra unauthorized/unpaid guest Other things to note Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is at 11am. No Confetti or any kind, including in balloons. No smoking inside of the home or on any of the patio area. We do offer day passes for visitors $10 per guest. (Please message us for more details) We are Dog and 420 friendly. Outdoors Quite time is 11pm. (The County makes us limit our outside noise, so use your inside voice after 11pm outside.) We allow small gatherings for an additional charge. (Please message us for more details) We do rent just the backyard if you’re looking for a gathering that exceeds our comfort level of 10 people in the house.
