It has a front balcony overlooking the treetops, on the 7th floor. We have: * Split air conditioning hot-cold with individual control. * WI FI 300 MB connection. * Smart TV 40" (Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, HBO Max, Disney+, Paramount+). * Black-out curtains. * Dining table with 4 chairs * Double bed mattress 140x190mm. * Fully equipped kitchen: toaster, blender, electric kettle, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. * Large refrigerator with freezer (not under counter). *Built-in electric oven and electric stove. * Full bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. *Closet with clothes hangers and iron. * Balcony equipped with table and chairs. Cleaning service is not included but can be requested at an extra cost. For long stays we recommend cleaning service every 15 days. Other things to note Check-out will be at 10 am, and check in at 2 pm. Check-in during between 6:00 pm and 9:00 am has an extra cost of USD 20, that should be payable in cash upon check-in.
