As we have wifi, you can also disconnect a little from the big centers and work in Home Office with peace of mind… The space There are more than 1,000 square meters of Lunar area, within that we have the barbecue, swing, fire pit and parking and the space for your Pet to enjoy (See ADDITIONAL FEE at the time of payment), we do have access to the dam but it is not yet ready, unless you want to explore your adventurous skill and go down the trail and path that you have on the ground… Other things to note - Check-In (3:00 PM) and Check-Out (12:00 PM) it is necessary for all the cleaning and hygiene of the place. We also have a gas stove mouth that is with the BBQ grill outside (for safety reasons). Inside the dome, we have an electric oven (with grill), Dolce Gusto coffee maker and a minibar (with freezer). -Location: We are only 10 km from downtown Joanópolis (3.7 km of land) and there are still some delivery that deliver to the House (Sushi, pizza, snack) -Internet: Vivo 4G with 20Mbps of average speed, which gives peace of mind to work on online meetings. - AC and 30,000 BTU - Heated tub (up to 40oC) - Do you have a BlackOut curtain? We don't have it, because we saw that the experience of being able to wake up with that view would be a point that could not be put on the background...but, we don't forget guests like a "dark" ;) So, we have a very comfortable eye cover, which I particularly like a lot, and I use a few days, to enjoy a little more in bed, rsr - Do you have a TV? We do not have it, because the purpose is to disconnect a little from the traditional environments, and enjoy the landscape and experience! In the meantime if you'd like to bring it, we have no objection - Are there houses nearby or are they all far away? Will I have privacy?
