Parking passes need to be visibly displayed on your dashboard at all times while you are on Pointe Royale property. Each vehicle in your party will need all of the reservation details (Building and unit number and dates of stay) to get a parking pass and be let through the guard gate. There is ample parking outside the building & you may park in any space that’s convenient for you, there are no assigned spaces. Please make sure your parking pass is always visible and do not park outside of any designated parking spaces, as you may be towed or ticketed at your own expense.
