There's a mini-split a/c (for additional comfort) for those that like it very cold at night to sleep. HUGE Living Rm with 2 smart TV's, celing fan, has 2 Queen pullout sofa beds and a spectacular waterfront view of the main river, preserve, and spacious backyard. This property offers 2 beautiful kitchens: Our Downstairs kitchen offers a rustic kitchen look & feel with rand new stainless steele appliances (including a 2nd oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) overlooking the water. One fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. UPSTAIRS - 3 bedrooms Bedroom #2: Primary en-suite with walk-in shower/tub Offers a King Bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet a spacious private balcony with rattan sofa overlooking the Main Weeki Wachee Springs River, the preserve, & expansive backyard. (This upstairs primary room is substantially larger than the downstairs primary room.) Both are beautiful & comfortable. Bedroom#3: Double bed (2 people can sleep ) Bedroom#4: 1 Murphy bed- Double (2 people can sleep) The upstairs Bathroom is gorgeous! It has a tub/shower, custom cabinets, & is located in the hallway between the 2 bedrooms Additional Sleeping areas: The upstairs TV room offers a futon. Upstairs screened in patio/workspace offers a futon Guest access You’ll have the entire home to yourself. With the exception of the garage, which is the owners closet. Other things to note No Parties, No confetti, Primary Guest Must be present @ Check-in & stay No unregistered guests No Pets ($500.00 Pet Fee will apply) No Smoking inside property or near doors.
