The Perch Suite-Comfy, Clean, Convenient

You'll have the lower level of our SUPER clean, comfortable west side home. Entry, bathroom, family room, mini kitchenette & bedroom are from FOR YOUR USE ONLY. We stay upstairs. 2 miles from Downtown Traverse City's beaches, shops, markets and events, easy access by car and close to a paved bike path. 1\4 mile from the Historic Grand Traverse Commons Village, 9 miles from Interlochen Center for the Arts, 20 miles from the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore. ALL ARE WELCOME! The space You will have the lower level of our house. For your use only during your stay: your entrance , mini kitchenette, (no microwave) family room and bathroom separated from the upper level by tall wooden screen. (see photos) We stay upstairs when guests are staying. It is my first priority that the space is very comfortable and EXTRA clean. We are a busy couple, both personally and professionally, so we will be in and out. You will have a comfy queen sized bed in our raised ranch. You are on the lower level, with an east facing window that lets in morning light, if you like. (We have darkening shades for rest!!) We provide a Keurig with coffee and tea, a mini fridge, a small table for eating or working on your laptop, and outdoor bench. We will have most toiletries you may have forgotten accessible, as well as your towels, fresh, clean linens, cozy, clean robes, and some beach necessities! The largeTV in the family room is not for guest use. However, there is a smart tv in your room that you can connect to via casting, HDMI, or you can log in to your streaming services on the smart tv. Please check the amenities section for a full list of what is included! Guest access Your entrance is the brown door on the lower level of the house. Our driveway is steep, but you can pull right up to level parking to the left of the garage. Street parking is also allowed and available for your car, or additional cars. Other things to note ***Quiet time is between 11pm and 7am. Thank you for observing this. This is not a curfew or an expectation that you are silent during these hours, only a request that we be respectful of others who may be sleeping in the house at that time. We do our VERY BEST to be as quiet as possible during quiet hours. However, this is a private space in our family home, so please expect to occasionally hear people and our quiet, friendly pug dog.*** ***While dogs live in our family space, no dogs are allowed into your space.
