DDD: Villa Blanca Brand New, luxury beach home with a boardwalk to the beach, golf cart, and private pool, outdoor kitchen! Villa Blanca is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach home situated in a great location, close to all the amenities Port Aransas has to offer. The space Inside, you'll find ample space for entertaining, including a living room with access to one of the decks, a large kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and dining space for your entire group. There is a private balcony off the master suite, a private pool, an outdoor kitchen, a community-heated pool, and an outdoor shower. A boardwalk to the beach and a golf cart are included for your convenience. Beach gear is also available upon request. Make your memories in this one-of-a-kind home at Villa Blanco. Things to know: WIFI- We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Private pool- Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
