Our pet-friendly policy allows up to two pets, each weighing up to 20 lbs. Please note, a pet fee applies. Security and Access: The townhome features a digital E-lock for secure, keyless entry. Each guest will receive a unique code that is reset after each stay. For added security, a doorbell camera monitors the front door. Parking and Important Information: * Free parking for 2 vehicles * Personal grills are not allowed; community charcoal grills are available * Trailers/boats are not permitted on property
