Guest access The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay. Relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. You will also receive 2 garage remotes upon check-in in addition to a house key. Other things to note ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★ Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly. ★ HYBRID WINDOW BLINDS ★ The villa has large windows all throughout to allow your enjoyment of beautiful scenery while you are inside. The hybrid window blinds allow for the needed privacy or black out lights when you receive your beauty sleep. ★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★ Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We MUST emphasize we do NOT allow parties, large unauthorized gatherings, or heavy drinking of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy quality time with great company. Keep in mind, there are long-term residents nearby. Quiet time is 10 PM, there should be NO activities in the backyard or outside of the property. Thank you very much for your understanding.
