If you are passing through, have family in town, or just want to get away, we promise you a peaceful stay. The space this 3 bedroom, 1 bath completely renovated home sleeps 6 comfortably. We supply a fully stocked kitchen as well as a washer and dryer located in the garage. There is a circle driveway, an attached 1 car garage that can accommodate a car or small SUV, and gated parking in the back. Enjoy pleasant Amarillo evenings in the cozy backyard around the fire pit, grilling your favorite meal, and shooting some hoops with your kids. You can relax with a cup of local coffee too. Our mission is to make the chaos of the outside disappear for a time of relaxation. Guest access Guest will be sent a 4 digit code the day of arrival, approximately around 1 oclock Other things to note All laundry is washed off sight with Melaleuca products- plant derived and scented with essential oils. Anyone living in Amarillo or within a 50 mile radius must inquire before booking. When booking, please provide the number of guests who will be staying. If the number of guests that stay, exceeds the original guest list without prior notification, an additional cleaning fee will be incurred. Absolutely no parties or gatherings without prior consent. If there is any evidence of additional people outside the number of guests on the reservation, an additional fee of $50 per day will be charged. No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the home. If any evidence of smoke is present in the home, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be incurred. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m on weekday and 11 p.m on weekends. Our home has a ring doorbell at the front door as well as a security camera in the backyard. This is to ensure the safety of our guests as well as our property. The footage will remain private and will only be used in the case of a liability issue.
