You’ll feel right at home in this comfortable, newly-remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with its own washer and dryer! We just renovated all 850 square feet of it, and we're always trying to add unique touches to make it more cozy for our guests. Plus we’re pet-friendly! The apartment has parking directly below 10 steps away. Keyless entry via a Smart-Lock on the door allows no-contact check in. The beds are like climbing into a marshmallow (minus the stickiness). We know you'll like it here! The space Kick off your shoes and sink into the plush couches and watch your favorite shows on our 55” Roku Smart TV with 940 MBPS Wifi speed (the fastest available from the local internet provider). Or pick one of our ten games or puzzles to splay on the coffee table if you want some fun with your loved ones. Next plop into one of two queen-sized extremely comfortable Zinus memory foam beds for the most relaxing sleep of your life! Two types of pillows available on each bed so picky sleepers can have an option of what works best: Utopia gusseted pillow (great for stomach or side sleepers), and Beckham Hotel Collection luxury gel pillow for the sleepers who prefer something more firm. We’ve special-ordered our sheets and bedding … I’m not kidding when I say it’s like climbing into a cloud. Luggage rack available in each bedroom to save your back from emptying items when you have to throw your suitcase on the floor. We have a pack-n-play and high chair available on request. In the two full bathrooms, we provide all toiletries so you can save space packing: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, lotion, feminine hygiene products, and a few individually-wrapped medications, as well as a hairdryer. We have a fully-stocked kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils, plates/bowls/cups/wine glasses, pots and pans, cookie and cake sheets, blender, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle. However, if you’re not wanting to cook (if you’re like me, any meal you don’t have to make is a good meal), one of the best fish & chips places in Mesa is a four-minute walk away, as well as a great hole-in-the-wall Thai restaurant, and many more eating establishments within a half-mile. Your own washer and dryer are in the unit and laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided. An iron and ironing board are there too, should you need. Guest access This unit is on the upper floor of a four-plex apartment building. No-contact check-in with a Smart Lock. The code is changed between each guest for security. Other things to note Please note: We have tried to create a comfortable, nice interior space, however, this is not a luxury apartment or a luxury neighborhood. If you're looking for an outside environment as serene as the inside, this may not be the one for you. It's quiet and safe, but not luxurious. Also, pets are welcome but there are no fenced areas or big, open areas for them to run around in. Pets are $35 extra per pet per stay.
