Welcome to our South Texas tropical paradise. Our lagoon shaped pool and over 20 palm trees on property are just the start of your unforgettable visit. The lush tropical landscape will melt your stress away as you listen to the palm trees swaying in the wind . Whether you enjoy private sunbathing by the pool or a great read on our hammock for 2, we are sure you will leave refreshed and relaxed . The space We call our home Casa Palmas as it is surrounded by several species of amazing palm trees . Many don’t realize the soothing and relaxing atmosphere that is created by different types of palm trees swaying in the wind . To us , they are like natural wind chimes making the wind sing a different song . The property is enclosed with 6 to 8 ft fencing all around and there is an electric gate to access the driveway. We have lighting thru out the perimeter of the property and these are set on a dusk to dawn program. The inside of the home features a down stairs master bedroom and master bath includes a walk in shower, whirlpool tub , and dual vanities . All other bedrooms as well as the gym and gaming area are upstairs . Our backyard is frequently visited by many native bird species and the front yard has a corner set aside with a fire pit and grill for primitive outdoor grilling under a large mature oak trees. There is also a gas grill in the back yard available for use. There are many places around the home and property to just sit back and relax with a glass of wine or a good book as our neighborhood is very quiet. There are empty lots behind and to the sides of our home so no immediate neighbors on our side of the street. Our kitchen features a large 36 inch Verona double oven stove, granite countertops, and LG french door fridge. Dining table offers seating for 8 , bar 4, nook, 4 .Spectrum wifi Smart TVs for streaming and dedicated Gaming area. Also included is workout area featuring a combination weight set and Norditrack elliptical. Perfect South Texas getaway. Guest access Guests can access entire home and property except for the following spaces . Garage is off limits and locked , we also have 2 closets inside the home where we store our cleaning supplies and toiletries. These 2 closets are also locked. Finally , there is an outdoor storage shed that is locked . Otherwise , everything else is available for use. Other things to note Please note that while we are pet friendly , we will not tolerate pet owners who do not look after their pets . If your pet is not house broken then please make sure it is attended and that you have made the proper arrangements to keep your pet from doing their business on the floor. If we find pet stains , an additional cleaning service will be applied and the amount will be subject to the the amount of cleaning , deodorizing , and sanitation needed. Furthermore , if your pet is prone to shedding , you will need to make every effort to mitigate the shedding . We love pets and we want to make sure we can continue to offer the ability for owners to bring their pets but it will take all of us working together to make sure we keep this option open for everyone.
