Please note there is construction on Rocket Lane, which is the main road to the closest entrance/exit to the neighborhood from the house. The neighborhood does have another entrance/exit. Construction will not be an issue getting to the house as the one way traffic is in the direction leading in, but it will add 3-4 minutes when leaving the house, and you'll have to either take Rocket Lane South to use the detour, or go through the neighborhood to use the other neighborhood entrance/exit.
