This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is part of a boutique complex with only nine units and has been fully renovated, including brand-new windows. With direct oceanfront access and a private dune walkover, you’ll love spending time on the wide, white sandy beaches. After a day of exploring the historic district or collecting shells on the beach, unwind in the cozy living room with a flat-screen TV or relax on the screened-in porch while listening to the waves. The living room also features a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed for a peaceful retreat, while the master bedroom boasts ocean views, a king bed, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and its own private bathroom. The hallway includes a fully updated bathroom with ample counter space and a shower. The bright, well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep simple, offering essentials like a Keurig, pots, pans, and plenty of dishware. You can dine in or explore the local restaurants and shops along A1A Beach Blvd for souvenirs or other needs. Sea Oats Villa 5 is the ideal spot for your St. Augustine Beach getaway, and we look forward to hosting you! The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods: * 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion) * 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom * 1 Paper Towel Roll * 1 Bottle of Dish Soap * 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom * Dishwasher tabs * Laundry Soap * Several Kitchen Trash Bags * New Sponge * General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.
