The space This is a 2 level home with all four bedrooms on the 2nd floor you walk into the dining and sitting area to your right and the kitchen living room to your left. Guest access Guest has access to the whole house, except two linen closets, and the Garage. Other things to note The pool is NOT heated ****If the pool waterfall is turned off incorrectly, it will not work properly***** please let me know I can take you step by step to help turn it back it on correctly. I am not there after every booking to check it, and fix it. The pool is fenced The BBQ is cleaned by myself maybe monthly, I do not have cleaners come in to clean the BBQ… PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOU USE THE BBQ. No Locals SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION: - Your safety matters. The property features 3 exterior security cameras and 1 Garage Camera (NO GARAGE ACCESS). Camera 1 is located above the garage and is facing the driveway. Camera 2 is located near the front door and faces the walkway entering the house, this camera is actually not currently working as it was not wired properly for it to have enough electricity to record. Camera 3 is outside facing the pool, this is for safety concerns and to make sure the pool is clean, if you are uncomfortable with the camera in the backyard please let me know I can turn off the backyard camera for your stay. The Garage Camera (NO GARAGE ACCESS) is facing the Garage Doors for deliveries and to make sure the Garage was closed properly. All cameras will be on 24/7, are motion activated, and record video.
