No one will access the property while you are visiting with the possible exception of the gardener, the pool guy, and the city garbage collector to come into the side gate and get the garbage cans. We are here for you and want you to enjoy every moment of your stay. We do everything possible to ensure that you will not need us, but should something come up that requires our attention, you can call us anytime, day or night. It's easy to navigate, so be comfortable to drive your car, ride your bikes, go for a walk in the neighborhood. Spa heating is included. There is an additional fee to heat the pool depending on the time of the year and your desired temperature. April through October is $45 per day and November through March is $65 per night. Pool heat is not to exceed 80 degrees. Should you want it to be greater than 80 degrees the cost will increase. This additional cost is only to cover the additional cost of gas. The spa is small and relatively low cost to heat. The pool is a large body of water and required a lot of gas to maintain 80 degrees. Especially in the colder months.
