Group of 2 beachview homes; perfect for events! The space Perfect for a wedding or family reunion venue - rent these two homes together! One is beachfront (Happily Ever After) and the other is second row (Peace, Love, & Sandy have great beach views and are situated in the centrally located Stingaree subdivision. Together the homes will sleep 24 people comfortably with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each living room has cozy seating, and a smart TV with DVD player. You'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals or just a quick snack in the kitchens, including a regular drip coffee makers. Each separate home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the following bedding arrangement: Primary bedroom - one king bed. Bedroom two - 2 doubles. Bedroom three - 2 Doubles. Additional Sleeping: Queen sleeper sofa. Both homes have outdoor entertaining areas with wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico, and you are just steps away from the beach! All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age. Linens and towels are included when renting this venue and will be delivered to the home on the day of arrival.
