The space *Please be aware before booking: The exterior of the complex is currently undergoing extensive construction, repairs, and renovations from Hurricane Harvey, Hurricane Hanna, and the 2021 Freeze. This may include exterior building, flooring, roofing, stairwell, and elevator repairs. Inside the rental unit is peaceful and relaxing for you to enjoy while you explore the Coastal Bend!* **Please note: There is a nonrefundable one-time $20 fee charged by the complex** Welcome to Surfside Retreat, our vacation home. Please treat it with respect. Our 420 square foot condo is perfect for your next beach vacation! Newly updated kitchen and fresh paint throughout, 2022. Queen memory foam mattress in bedroom. Sofa bed with queen memory foam mattress. Sofa bed mechanism has been recently replaced. Please use care when opening and closing. Ensure the head rest is flat before putting away. Will be responsible for damages to metal bed frame ($400 to replace). Thank you. New memory foam bunk bed mattresses. Roku TV in living area and bedroom. Gated community with 24/7 security and cameras. The beach is only steps away with a view from the balcony. You can sleep up to 6 people, or 4 adults max per complex rules. NOTE: There is a one-time nonrefundable fee of $20, charged by the complex. Please take out trash and clean dishes before leaving. There are two pools and BBQ areas on the property for your enjoyment. There are card-operated washer and dryers available in the complex for your use. There is also an option to pay via phone app with a QR code. *Remember to bring beach towels, toys and sunscreen. We do have some toys and boogie boards available for your use. Coin operated washer and dryer available on each floor of complex. Option to also pay via phone with QR code.
