Built in 2016, this property boasts top-of-the-line amenities such as a newly-installed (2024) outdoor hot tub, Wolf range, Subzero refrigerator, steam shower, outdoor fireplace, and wine fridge. The open-layout first floor features a kitchen, dining area, office space, and cozy den. The second floor boasts a spacious seating area with TV, game table, work space, vintage bar, and jukebox. Each bedroom offers comfortable percale sheets and down bedding. Bathrooms include Kiehl's products. Relax outdoors on the grand elevated deck with hot tub, rocking chairs and fireplace. Partake in an outdoor shower after your hot tub dip. Enjoy a meal under the trellis with twinkling lights. Discover a renovated 150-year-old cabin with a king-sized bedroom, bath, and porch. PS - to clear up any confusion from our reviews, we replaced our small spa pool with a hot tub in 2024! The hot tub is brand new and offers a lovely view over the hillside. Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to the property. This includes the main home, the cabin and hot tub areas. The property is completely private. Other things to note We value the guest experience and wish to ensure every guest has a safe, enjoyable visit. Please note: 1) There are no parties or events on the property. Additional guests beyond those on the reservation are also not allowed on the property without express permission from the host. Your guest count must be accurate for your reservation. Larger groups will incur a higher rate, due to increased cleaning costs (this will be reflected in your cost summary). 2) We maintain exterior security cameras and noise monitoring devices to ensure the safety of guests and the property. 3) The use of the hot tub is at your own risk and there is no lifeguard on duty. Use of the hot tub involves certain risks, including injury or death. Guests are responsible for monitoring children around the hot tub at all times. 4) We allow small and medium sized pets for an additional fee. You may include your pet count in your booking, and the fee will automatically update. Undisclosed pets will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation. 5) The upstairs living area dormer beds are custom-sized to the space and best suited for children. There are two large couches available in the home, but we do not provide additional bedding. 6) We’re in the country - and this means insects or critters are possible! We treat the home regularly to prevent their presence, but we cannot guarantee the absence of ants, wasps, mice, etc. Wasps are especially prevalent in the summer around the exterior of the home; we remove their nests regularly, but they can pop up overnight. We do not provide compensation in the event of pests (though it is rare!). We ask you not to consume food beyond the kitchen or dining area to help us keep the home pest-free.
