Minutes from our towns new bike trail, boat & Kayak launch, park play ground,Wellington Beach, shopping, Ferry’s to The Islands, fishing piers, restaurants, Crab & Cruise (within walking distance), beautiful views. about an hour drive to Ocean City, Assateague or Chincoteague. The space Enjoy time together in our fully functional and stocked very clean kitchen with all new appliances. Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer and electric stove. Included is a fully stocked coffee, hot chocolate and tea station, including snacks and some quick breakfast items. We have a single roll out bed. We have recently added smart televisions to all bedrooms. Play board games by the electric fireplace. There are two desks that have plenty of USB ports set up to charge all of your electronic items. There are USB ports in every bedroom for convenience to charge phone, ipods etc… Look through our book of local things to do. There is a UV sanitizer for your phone and/or keys. For your enjoyment we have some art from some of our local artists over the desk. Sit in our oversized very comfortable bean bag chairs watch movies on the 55” smart TV or read a book or take a nap. Relax in the master bedroom and watch what you like on the Roku TV Enjoy watching the beautiful sun sets over the water from the house or while taking a walk to the park or pier. The park includes a playground separated for age groups. Enjoy eating crabs or having a picnic on the picnic table located in the attached garage. Bring your own bikes and kayaks if you have them and store them securely in the attached garage. Lots of extras. We are on the main street so there is occasional traffic noise. Make sure you list the correct amount of guests. If more guests stay than you listed, and it wasn’t previously approved, they may be asked to leave, charged an additional fee or the reservation could be canceled. please be sure to read the rules. Thanks. Guest access The whole house is for the guests use. Other things to note Check in is 4pm and checkout is promptly at 11am. We need the time between checkout and the next guest check in to clean and sanitize the whole house. There is a picnic table in the garage for having crabs or a cookout.
