This cozy home is perfect for long term stays. It is located within a very secure enclosed subdivision. It has an equipped kitchen, washing machine, and 120 MEGABYTE high-speed Internet. It is very well connected, public transportation passes nearby. You can enjoy beautiful green areas and moments of total relaxation. It offers discounts for monthly stays. The space It is a beautiful double-height house, 2 floors with 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other room has a single kangaroo bed, each with its own TV screen for the comfort of the whole family and one more screen in the living room to enjoy a movie or a football match all together. The cleaning fee per monthly stay has an additional cost of $1,6000.00 MXN that will be charged as soon as your reservation is confirmed. Cleaning is done one day a week. It has a lovely terrace with benches, where, at dawn, the birdsong envelops you in absolute tranquillity. There's no noise from outside, which makes the room very pleasant after a long day of sightseeing or business. We are strategically located on the Wine and Cheese Route, making your trips to the most iconic places in the area much faster and easier. If you have any special requests, we are happy to help. Guest access You can use the whole house. There are some locked drawers where I keep linens and cleaning supplies. Please don't open them. The subdivision has a swimming pool, unfortunately it does not have a boiler and the water is cold. Other things to note The pool always has cold water, but if you don't mind, you can use it as long as you respect the rules of not introducing food or alcoholic beverages. The hours are from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The Palapa area with barbecue grill CANNOT be used unless it is booked 15 days in advance.
