The castle is a unique, hostel-style accommodation. Originally built for a distinguished Buenos Aires family, today its walls hold more than a century of history and a new life: that of a living cultural space, where music, art and travelers from around the world meet under the same roof. The property occupies two separate floors — each with its own access — which together can accommodate up to 20 people. It's the ideal space for groups, extended families, creative retreats, or teams who want something completely different from a hotel. THE RATE THAT APPEARS WHEN RENTING THE PROPERTY CORRESPONDS TO THE NUMBER OF GUESTS, IT INCREASES OR DECREASES ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE. TO RENT THE PLACE EXCLUSIVELY, THE PRICE VARIES ACCORDING TO THE TIME OF YEAR AND DEMAND. THE GUESTS IN ADDITION TO THE ROOM RENTED HAVE THE FOLLOWING SHARED SPACES: RECEPTION HALL: With a rocking chair that is a charm! LIVING: Ideal place to work, study or create (we have a beautiful piano). BALCONY: from where you can appreciate the neighborhood since we are in one of the most important streets. TERRACE: It is small and private, ideal for sunbathing or having a moment of relaxation KINCHO: now with a ping pong table! Fully equipped kitchen. BATHROOMS: 4 well-maintained bathrooms that are sterilized daily to preserve hygiene, 2 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor, all shared. PATIO: Beautiful patio with plants and grill to share events with friends or meet other people. ZOOM: Large living room with games, TV, carpets and ping pong table. Other things to note The Castle has 2 shared bathrooms per floor, in the classic style of the Buenos Aires mansions.
