You can easily walk to Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park for all of the awesome festivals such as ACL, Blues on the Green, the Kite Festival, or just go hang out and relax with the Austin skyline as your backdrop. The space This studio apartment has an absolutely perfect location! It's right next to Zilker Park and downtown, which means you're super close to everything. It's recently been redecorated. The apartment sleeps 4 people comfortably with 2 in the luxurious king bed and 2 on the comfy sleeper sofa. All fitted with luxury hotel quality linens to ensure a perfect nights rest. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, range oven and utensils. With fluffy pillows and hotel quality sheets, we know you will be able to get great sleep while you're here! There is a pool just outside the apartment. Guests are welcome to use the pool but please be respectful of the neighbors. Pool hours are 10am to 10pm. There is also a community coin operated laundry facility on the property. Work from home or keep the family entertained with High speed G Fiber WIFI (1 GB) and our large smart TV in the living room. Stream your favorites on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and more! The rental comes with 2 unreserved parking spots that we provide parking passes for you to park with. Any other vehicles can park on the street. Don't forget amazing Zilker Park and Barton Springs Pool within walking distance! Please note that while we strive to provide our guests with an enjoyable pool experience, the availability of the pool may be subject to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance, cleaning, or other issues beyond our control. We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our guests, and sometimes this means the pool may not be accessible during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to ensure any impact on your stay is minimized. Other things to note We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 3) No events or parties 4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused. 5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it 6) Minimum age requirement is 25 7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night 8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
