There are a few things the HOA limits against short term rental renters : ***MAXIMUM CAPACITY 10 people at all times , regardless of staying or visiting , please do not exceed 10 people . ***Please do not park on the street, all cars must be parked on the driveway ***Please no loud noise, no music outside , all activities must happen inside ***Please no smoking any drugs that the smell could travel in the air to the neighbor houses ***Please do not step into neighbor driveway or boundary , this might cause TRESPASSING issue ***QUIET HOURS 11 PM - 7 AM ***Wear reasonable swim clothes when use the spa and pool , CAN NOT BE NAKED .
