Otter Landing on Santa Fe River, 13 private acres

Spend all the time you want at home in Nature relaxing or recreating. This unique treehouse home is set high up in the trees and on 13 acres of natural habitat on the banks of the Santa Fe River. The Santa Fe has so much wildlife, and we are near the famous crystalline Ichetucknee River and miles of public trails. We share our kayaks, a canoe, and many amenities for your stay. So go for a solo paddle, join local guide trips to various springs, or hike on the property and at nearby parks. The space The property is an amazing 13 acres located on 1000' of waterfront on the wildlife-rich Santa Fe River. The forest includes many big old trees on both floodplain and bluff habitats, offering great opportunities for serious or casual bird-watchers and botanists. We are only about 2 miles upstream of the mouth of the Ichetucknee River and we are less than a mile from 1600 acres of Wilderness Public Land for Wildlife. There are about 4.5 miles of hiking trails just a short walk from property. Much of the river frontage is located on an island that you are free to wander. At times our island’s bridge can be under water during high water floods, so do ask about conditions. Even in flooded times, many guests love to canoe through the trees, quite unique! Otter Landing's Round House is always dry. You have access to free kayaks and a canoe from property. Free Coffee K-Cups for all guests. Don’t forget to bring your firewood for the awesome fire pit. Guest access Very safe neighborhood of family homes. We will send instructions for entry via coded lock after reservation is confirmed. Plenty of parking for your own car and boat should you choose to bring. No RV's or camping, please, with due respect to the neighbors.
