The spacious private residence provides all the comforts travelers are looking for. The outdoor deck and fenced lawn are ideal for relaxation after a busy day. A completely upgraded kitchen fully equipped for preparing full home-cooked meals. The adjacent social areas feature a dining table, Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, and a nice stash of board games for some old school entertainment. A bonus in this space is the sofa’s pull-out gel-foam queen bed. Outdoor entertaining is fantastic here in the large, private backyard. However, if you're a light sleeper or particularly sensitive to noise, this might not be the ideal accommodation for you. Now, let's talk about keeping cozy! Our historic home, with its original windows and multiple entryways to the backyard, boasts its unique character. We maintain a comfortable indoor temperature ranging from 71-74°F, with slight variations due to the age and design of the house. Please refrain from adjusting the thermostat beyond 81°F or below 71°F to ensure the smooth functioning of our HVAC system.
