Recently renovated upscale apartment in Turtle Creek area, right next to Uptown. Very safe neigborhood. Easy walk to restaurants & bars. 2 bed, 1 bath w/ 2 showers. Brand new appliances, EXTREMELY quiet/enclosed building. Gated underground parking. The space Truly a cozy luxury apartment that has 2 full beds (both with memory foam mattress toppers). Full-length couch, love seat and chaise lounge makes comfortable seating and additional sleeping area in the living room. Home has full bar (over 30 bottles) which can be made available for additional cost. House is VERY clean, with no pets. Guest access We'll meet you upon arrival at the apartment for tour and key exchange. You'll have access to apartment and parking during the duration of your stay with contact info for us locally, in case of any issues. Other things to note Most popular bar / restaurant scene in Dallas (uptown) is a half-mile walk from the apartment. Easy uber to any other area of DFW. We are close to all the good stuff, but live an extremely quiet complex removed from the late night fray and noise. Ideal space for young people, family or older renters.
