Perfect for solo travelers, travel nurses, digital nomads or layover stay. Private room with a queen-size bed, smart lock, smart TV and work-from-home station, equipped with high speed Internet. It also has a ceiling fan and closet space for storage. Bathroom is shared. There is a charging outlet & a white noise machine for better sleep. Guests can do self check-in and will be provided key codes and a physical key to the bedroom. All doors have auto lock when fully closed to add extra security. The space Being a traveler myself, I hope that my home can provide a comfortable and relaxing space while being close to the most iconic parts of this beautiful city. The bedroom has a standing lamp, ceiling fan, desk and chair for work or writing. Extra towels and complimentary toiletries will be provided, along with accessible power cords / outlets to connect your devices. Guest access In addition to the bedroom, guests also have access to a spacious and beautiful living area. The patio is certainly a beautiful place to contemplate or practice yoga. All appliances (including microwave, blender, coffee maker, and fridge) in the kitchen are available to guests. The bathroom is shared with another person and has rain shower head for relaxation. Gas stove, washer/dryer can only be used upon request or long-term stays. All I request is that please treat it as your home and clean up after yourself. Please put used dishes in the washer after using. During your stay I work from home and can be available to help answer any questions you might have. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: + Quiet time between 10pm to 9am - this includes loud late phone calls and TV played at loud volume. The walls are thin. + No shoes in the house - plenty of house slippers available, if needed. + No pets (due to allergies) + No children + No weapons allowed + No flush wipes, sanitary pads, masks, gloves, or anything but the toilet paper in the toilet + No smoking or any use of drugs inside the house - Fee $500 and any additional damages + No unregistered guests - Fee $35 In the summer, we set our max AC at 75 F during the day and 70 F at night. We prioritize privacy, security and cleanliness in this house to make you feel safe and comfortable. We sanitize the space after each visit. All dirty dishes should be put in the dish washer after being used. You can check-in anytime after 2 pm. Check-out time (guest will have to leave the premise) is before 11 am. We need extra time to clean for the next guest. Late check out fee ($25) might apply. Luggages can be stored for a few hours with an additional fee. Guest will be provided with bedroom code and a physical bedroom key. You can choose either to enter the room. There is a small fee $10 if guest loses the physical bedroom key since it has happened a lot. For long-term stay (more than 3 weeks), I would greatly appreciate if you could treat the place like your own home and help clean after yourself. Lost and found: We are not responsible for forgotten items. We will do our best to take photos and message guests right away if we find forgotten items/belongings within 72 hours. If the guest doesn’t respond after 72 hours, we will discard the items. The guests can either pick up their items if the house is vacant. We can also mail the items for an assistance fee of $30 (including box, tape, envelope and the time going to the post office) PLUS USPS/UPS shipping fee (with receipt).
