Multi Family Luxury Ski Lodge on the slopes of Bear Mountain, ski run just steps from your door. Up to 14 guests, this grand home offers a luxurious retreat with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a 7-person hot tub—ideal for après-ski relaxation. The vast great room invites you to gather, while the bar area is perfect for evening cocktails. Enjoy stunning views from the wraparound balcony of the ski runs or indulge in the game room with arcades, pool table and shuffle board. Your alpine adventure awaits! The space Entering our home you can choose to come up the outside stairs and enter the front door from the balcony which is great during sunny days. You can also easily enter from the front driveway directly into the bottom story. This is great during snowy days and allows ample room to unload all your wet snow gear inside the garage on the ski and snowboard racks and place all your wet gear on our professional grade boot and glove dryer. The upstairs has an amazing layout perfectly suited for 2 to 3 Families with its huge great room separating the two master bedrooms. The larger of the two upstairs master bedrooms has a full private en suite bathroom with oversized 2 person bath/Jet tub. From the Large Master open up the shutters and you have an amazing view of the ski runs of Bear Mountain just a few feet away! The smaller upstairs master has ample room for all of your luggage and a separate entrance into the shared large bathroom. Both upstairs master bedrooms open out to an oversized wrap around balcony with amazing views of the ski runs of Bear Mountain just feet away, Golf Course a few houses down and the surrounding upscale mountain view neighborhood. Between the two upstairs masters is an oversized great room complete with a large living room, dining area, expansive kitchen and bar seating. On the far side of the great room is a separate Bar area complete with a wine refrigerator perfect to mix drinks after a long day on the mountain. The kitchen is extremely large with massive counter spaces for serving large families plus with the bar seating on the other side of the kitchen work surface it makes for a great place to serve food or for the kids to hang out at while foods being made. Leaving the great room out the backyard leads you to a BRAND NEW 7 Person Hot Tub and a large back yard patio to relax in during the summer days. (Note: Big Bear City prohibits hot tub use after 10pm and is strictly enforcing its city code with large fines that will be passed on to the violator. Please respect the community and close up the spa by 10pm.) Downstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms which are perfectly suited for an additional adult couple in one and all the kids in the other. One bedroom has a Queen size Bed with the second bedroom perfectly suited for the kids having many of the games including a full size Arcade, Fooseball Table, Cable TV and board games. Both downstairs beds share one full sized Bathroom with Bathtub and Shower and have quick access into the 2 Car Garage and out the lower front door. You have access to secure Garage Car Parking for up to 2 cars in the oversized garage. The driveway can easily accommodate 2 more cars. (Note: the city regulates us to only 4 cars on property at any time.) The house is set up with TV's and cable in each bedroom and the great room. Full HIGH SPEED Cable Internet wifi throughout the house is included. For comfort, the home is equipped with a dual thermostat Heating with separate heating upstairs from downstairs. This helps keep temperature even during the snowy winter months. Activates: We are DIRECTLY next to Bear Mountain Ski Resort. The Bear Mountain Ski Runs and Property are approximately 30 feet away which makes this location one of the absolute best locations to the Ski Runs. Easily walk in and out throughout the day while you are enjoying the ski runs. In addition, we are a very short walk away from Bear Mountain Golf Course! For a little longer walk we are very close to the brand new Big Bear Zoo and the Brand New Moonridge Shopping Center with a number of new local shops and restaurants! The Lake is only a quick 5 to 10 minute drive away from the Lodge as well as the Big Bear Village and Larger Grocery Stores. Sleeps up to 14 for 10 adults and 4 children on Queen and King Beds. Big Bear Vacation Rental Number: VRR-2022-1118 Guest access Complete access the the entire home including 2 car garage except for several cabinets locked with house supplies. Other things to note The city is very strict with Parties and loud tenants and will enforce removal of tenants if parties are occurring. Please be respectful to our neighbors in our upscale neighborhood. City Ordinance no Spa Use after 10pm. City Fines may be imposed and or guests may be evicted by city enforcement officers immediately at time of violation. We expect our 2nd home to be treated as if you were staying in your best friends home, treated with utmost respect. All trash must be removed and discarded at city trash collection located just down the street at: 41970 Garstin Dr, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 Any trash left inside will be charged a $25 per bag fee paid to the cleaning team.
