Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: « You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. « You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. « You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. « You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria. ★ Other Things to Note ★ - Some areas of the complex are restricted to guests (and not listed as amenities), please message us prior to booking to confirm - We would love to welcome guests who book our apartment the same day of their arrival, but please be aware that your check-in may be a bit delayed (to as late as 7 pm) as we rush to prepare the unit for your arrival. Guests who book more than 24 hours in advance will be able to check-in by 4 pm. - We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit. - The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware. - Guests will need to download the Chirp Access phone app to open the community gates to enter the complex, as the gates are only open-able through this app.
