Close to Sea World, Lackland AFB, Ingram Park Mall, many restaurants, supermarkets, and more. The space The room is about 250sq ft, very spacious, has a 6-drawer dresser, night stand, 2 queen bed, an air mattress in closet in case you need it during your stay, and a 50” 4K smart tv with roku. It has the walk-in closet, and the private bathroom as well. Guest access Left side driveway (when facing the house), shared spaces mentioned on the description, and their private master bedroom #5 with its private bathroom. During your stay I’m available to help via text message or through the airbnb messenger. Other things to note There'll be other guests living at the house and everyone is to keep following the household rules to keep the house clean and peaceful for everyone to rest/work. House rules: -Please be mindful of the noise level, especially from 10 pm-8 am -Please don’t slam doors or cabinets -No drugs or smoking allowed in the house -Please respect others and their belongings -Please clean up after yourself in shared living spaces -Please no shoes or sandals on the carpet areas (unless they’re used only in the house and are clean) -Please don’t leave things ON like TV, lights, etc. if you’re not using them. -Please remember to lock the front door and back door after unlocking them. -Please no pets (that includes service animals too sorry) since some current tenants and myself are allergic which causes other health problems like asthma attacks.
