This stylish adobe home is perfect for up to four people and is within walking distance of Marfa’s downtown area. It’s directly across the street from the historic Marfa Ice Plant. The space Enjoy time with friends in this large adobe house walking distance to all that is Marfa. All essentials are provided including comfortable sheets, towels, coffee & soaps. KITCHEN: Large kitchen for cooking at home. High-end appliances and lovely views of into the living and outdoor spaces. LIVING: Sink in to the sofa with a good book or enjoy cocktails while cooking and entertaining. The beautiful living space spills in to the dining perfect for enjoying company with friends. DINING: Beautiful wood dining with seating for up to 6 guests. BEDROOM ONE: Queen size bed, leather bench & closet for hanging clothes. BEDROOM TWO: Large space with ample light, reading materials & queen size bed. BATH: Hallway bathroom with large soaking tub, toilet, closet and towels. PETS: As of May 2023 pets are now allowed with additional cleaning fee up to two max. Please be sure to add pets to reservation under “Guest Total”. Please read about “YARD” below. YARD: Most of the yard is fenced in but there are some gaps where pets can get out. Goat heads are an invasive spiky thorn that grows ramped in Marfa. Please be cautious and wear thick soles on your shoes. Flip flops don’t work out here. If spikes are a concern for you or your pet please be sure to bring pet shoes. You have been warned folks!
