Out in the country, off street parking, fast WiFi Quiet neighborhood. Close to town Other things to note No smoking inside the home. No pets. We have Starlink internet and while it is the best for out in the country. It is provided as a convenience for our guest, we are not able to guarantee speeds. We will not be able to refund your stay if you are unhappy with the speed or connection problems with your equipment. We do not have any issues with ours, all has worked as it should. Thank you.
