Cozy Windsor Park Casita w/ tons of natural light

Bright & comfortable studio casita on a peaceful tree-lined street. -comfortably sleeps 2 people, sharing a queen sized bed with new (05/2023) memory foam mattress. -brand new 50” LG 4K UHD smart TV with all of the apps available for your streaming needs. -COLD A/C for hot Austin summers- A/C replaced 10/24. -A Pack-n-Play and high chair are available if you're traveling with a little one. Please request these when making your reservation if you need either. The space The Casita's kitchenette is thoughtfully-equipped for quick meals and includes a 2 burner stove top, microwave, fridge (with freezer), Cuisinart toaster oven/ air fryer, immersion blender, and sink, as well as basic utensils, dinnerware for 4 people, & spices (S&P, EVOO, etc). If there's something specific you know you'll need or find we're missing, please reach out to us. We love to cook so there's a good chance we have it & we're happy to share! A selection of tea & coffee as well as an electric kettle, French press, and small coffee maker are provided for all of your caffeination needs. There will be an assortment of snacks available, as well. The casita has an outdoor private front porch that seats 3 - a great place to unwind with a glass of wine or Topo Chico after experiencing everything Austin has to offer. The bathroom features a brand new vanity (05/2023), small corner shower, and comes stocked with Public Goods products for your use (Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soap, and Lotion). Guest access Guests have access to the entire casita which has its own separate entrance for our guests to come and go as they please. Ample street parking is available. We live next door and love to help visitors experience the best of Austin. We're available for recommendations, but also totally fine if you want to do your own thing! We're always available via text or email and welcome any level of interaction you'd prefer.
