Alamodome and SA Spurs Frost Bank Center The space My studio was built in 2020 and features new modern amenities, has a full size kitchen for those who enjoy cooking, a large yard, outdoor pet friendly trail where neighborhood dog walking starts just before 5pm . Studio is located directly behind my house and has two private entrances that you can access from the driveway. Home sits in the beautiful community of Terrell Hills which is an ideal location for those coming in town to relax, vacation, military and college graduations, downtown river walk tours, museums, Historic Pearl, other events, you name it. Just a short distance to all you need. Space is perfect for couples, solo adventurers or business travelers and available for long- term stays. There is a roll out chair that folds out to a twin size sleeper if you wish to bring a 3rd person or a child. In addition, you have a comfy Novaform queen mattress, roll out chair, laptop table, 42 inch smart TV with free Live Hulu TV (which is just like having cable) free WiFi, full size kitchen w/ dining table for 4, full size fridge, walk in shower, walk in closet, bbq grill, washer and dryer…and much much more. All you will need for a joyous stay. Guest access Unit #2 is the Studio. You can enter from the back door on the left side of the driveway, and there is another private entry through the side yard gate. Other things to note * Parking will be a large single space in the driveway off Edsel Parkway. Park next to the covered classic car. * There is a fold out chair in the unit that can be used as a twin bed. It folds out with adjustment extensions to move up and down. Kind of like a lounging chair at the pool. It has 4 additional legs to support it as a bed. Two legs are in a zipper on the top part of chair and two are on the bottom sides. Unzip all zippers and pull the legs out. They snap into place. It is quite firm, so addition bedding to soften up is in closet.
