This home has everything you need for a cozy and convenient stay! ✨ Guest access Located in a very safe, quiet community in Oak Lawn, Dallas. You will be notified before your stay of the access codes to the front entry door. There will not be a guest host meeting you. Other things to note **Please note** This is a multi-level townhome with several stairs throughout the home. **Pet policy** I welcome trained and well-behaved pets for a fee of $75 per pet. Maximum of two pets allowed per stay. **Smoking policy** Smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fee. **No parties or loud music** Any complaints about parties, or loud music in between the quiet hours of 10 PM to 8 AM will result in cancellation of your booking. No exceptions!
