Deck/fish cleaning station is shared with the owners of the property. Keypad private entrance that faces the water. Other things to note Owners live upstairs. This is waterfront property which overlooks Little Bay (not the beach). Rockport Beach is about a 7-8 minute drive. Some portions of the deck do not have a railing. Boat docking available. Perfect place to launch and dock kayaks. We have room for parking a couple of boat trailers and vehicles on our driveway. Climbing 5 steps is required to enter the guesthouse. No smoking, vaping or E-cigarettes allowed in the guesthouse.
