The space This is a 680 Sq ft single story home (barn conversion) with small front porch, one bathroom, one bedroom - queen size bed (lamps have charging stations built in usb ) standalone closet and guest luggage rack and ceiling fan, laundry room stackable washer and dryer, Full kitchen most common household items will be provided such as plates, bowls, utensils, toaster, pots, pans, etc. this home does not have a dish washer. Living room has a 55-inch tv with sound bar and subwoofer you will have access to the Roku, Sectional sofa has a full-size pull-out bed, chase can be used a twin bed and twin blow up mattress will be provided. Guests will have remote split-level A/C units located in the BR and LR. Extended the Driveway for better access with your boat trailer - drive way can easily support 4 truck and boat setups, access to charging outdoors with two outlets located in the front of the home. BBQ pit on site please bring your charcoal. Entry to the property has been extended, you can easily fit four trucks and four boats no problem . Guest access Guests access to the entire property
