Outfitted with a complete set of high-end stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range, the kitchen also has a large island with plenty of counter space for meal prep. All the bedrooms feature TVs, and three have en suite bathrooms stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities. This home features three second-floor balconies. One overlooks the courtyard with a dining table and a seating area. The second is on the opposite side of the house and has seating, while the third includes tall Adirondack chairs. A gas grill and an outdoor shower are located on the patio. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
