The Location Easy to navigate roads, day or night from HWY 321 to the gated community. The towering cabin, built within the brand new Alpine Vista Gated community, rises up from the eastern ridgeline of the community. With the nearly 2 acre lot you will have peace and privacy during your stay. This is a new Development and some construction throughout the development may occur on weekdays. Given the cabin sits on a 2 acre lot and there are only a few lots in the development noise and general traffic should be very minimal! Critical Guest Policies (Red Tape) - All guests must be 25+ (those younger with parents are allowed) - 12 Guest Max - Can accommodate 5-6 vehicles in parking area near cabin - No Pets of any kind please - We provide a starter kit of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more. - We do not provide firewood for the fire pit or propane for the upper deck grill (A tank is provided). These can be purchased locally in Wears Valley and details are included in welcome booklet. - The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 - You will likely see and hear critters, this is in the middle of the smoky mountains :) - Bears are dangerous, be aware of surroundings when outside. Bears and other animals also consider the forest their home! - The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Guests under 25 can use tub with adult supervision! Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk. - All guests should be aware at all times on the decks. Children should be accompanied by an adult while on the decks. - We do not offer refunds for weather, the cabin comes ready to entertain in sun, rain, snow, etc. - Propane for Grill and Firewood for Fire pit are not provide but convenient location directions to fill tank or buy firewood are provided - Please refrain from sneaking pets of any kind into the cabin, you will be charged an additional $100 / pet and you will be asked to leave. - Absolutely no fires inside the cabin or anywhere other than the provided fire pit when outdoors.
