The space This is a full home: complete kitchen, separate dining/living areas, full bathroom with tub/shower. There are two private, queen bedrooms. Bonus space is the huge screened-in porch with views of the outside fire-pit below AND the Guadalupe River. A quick stroll down to the river is the perfect way to party or relax. It gets no better! Guest access This is a completely private home (minus the people you see on the river). The shared space will include the driveways, the 78+ acres of the Texas Hill Country and over 1/3 mile of Guadalupe River frontage. You can have as much privacy or 'be in the thick of it' as much as you want. You may see the owners or other guests staying at The Cabins At Camp Milagro down at the river (both share the property (including an additional 12 acres) - but not near the cottage - may be able to see owner's home and Cabins in the distance or from certain viewpoints on the property. You may hear noise from the river and campers; however, we have lots of secluded, private areas on our 78-90 acres.
