Escape to your own private oasis just 10 minutes from downtown Austin. You're close to everything, but without the noise. Located next to walking trails, restaurants, bars, cafes, parks, and a golf course, you'll have tons to keep you busy. And we're stocked with anything you could need, including board games, work desk, 2 paddle boards for days on the lake, cooking gear, and 5 different ways to make your morning cup o' joe. We also have a nice, shy, dog for you to play with. Option: 2 bedroom The space Your bedroom is on the second floor with its own work space, bathroom, and bedroom. There is also another guest bedroom up there that you have the option of renting out as well. Meanwhile the host will be staying in the bedroom on the first floor. You're welcome to enjoy the shared spaces or you're welcome to enjoy the privacy of your own room. Guest access You have access to all areas of the house except for the first floor bedroom. The office space may not be available depending on scheduling, but you'll have your own dedicated desk in your room regardless. Other things to note We are 2 nice gay men with a dog.
