With a spacious 500 square feet of living space, you will feel right at home in the large cozy sitting area with the warm electric fireplace and flat-screen television with Dish Satellite services, Netflix and Pandora. After a full day of wine tasting, you'll be able to chill out with a good book or enjoy anything from music to your favorite sports team on TV. The new kitchenette is equipped with a small dining table, both a Keurig and a french press, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Instant Pot, and even an egg cooker! A BBQ grill on the patio ensures that you will have everything you need to prepare meals at home. Also, a desk space/work table has been added for those who like to spread out or maybe need to do a little work while staying. The private bedroom features an impressive king-size bed with luxury bedding and linens. Cute nightstands, a sound machine, steamer, iron/board, and luggage racks make sure you'll have all the amenities you need during your stay. And the spacious full bathroom offers a standing shower, pedestal sink, hair dryer, bathroom amenities, and lots of lighting! Pups love their visits to Seventh Haven too! Whether it be the lovely trails nearby, the easy access to the backyard for potty breaks and fetch, or the great welcome kit for taking care of your furry friend while traveling. Please Note: The Homeowner lives above this suite and you may hear them being active throughout the day. Ear Plugs, a White Noise Machine, and an Alarm Clock/Radio have been provided for the comfort of your stay. Central air is provided along with a portable AC unit which can be connected through the sliding door. *We would like to assure you that all homes have been aerated, and deep cleaned, and commonly used surfaces have been sanitized prior to your arrival. Our team is committed to following all CDC and WHO guidelines regarding the use of PPE and Cleaning Equipment. Other things to note • Agreement to House Rules Required The primary guest must read and agree to the property's Terms & Conditions listed under “Things to Note - House Rules - Additional Rules” prior to booking. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all guests and help us care for the home and neighborhood. Booking confirms your acceptance of these terms. • Guest Count & Additional Fees We kindly count every heartbeat in the home as a guest—this includes infants and children of all ages. Our home is carefully maintained for comfort, safety, and appropriate occupancy. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests at the time of booking. A fee of $50 plus taxes and fees per additional guest per night will apply for any guests beyond the number originally booked. While Airbnb may not automatically include infants in guest counts, our house rules do require them to be included. • Mid-Stay Cleaning For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the cost of $70.00 plus taxes and fees. An additional cleaning will be scheduled for every 10 nights thereafter. Guests are responsible for these cleanings, which are due 30 days prior to arrival and billed after booking confirmation. This ensures the home stays fresh and well cared for throughout your stay. • Dog-Friendly (Dogs Only) We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs with a non-refundable fee of $50 plus taxes and fees per dog. Any dog added after the booking is confirmed will be managed through the resolutions center. We kindly ask that pets remain off furniture and are not left unattended unless crated. • Other Pets: Dogs are the only pets permitted unless otherwise approved. If you would like to bring a cat, you must receive prior approval from both the homeowner and property manager. If approved, a $300 non-refundable fee plus taxes and fees will apply. • Pinot Car Wine Tours & Dinner Shuttle As part of your stay, we invite you to explore the Willamette Valley in comfort with Pinot Car Wine Tours, our sister company. Let us handle the driving so you can relax and enjoy the experience. • Quiet Residential Setting Seventh Haven is located on a peaceful private drive and is best suited for relaxed stays.
