Two blocks from 3 different bus lines and a quick drive downtown or UT Campus ($7 Uber during peak times). Seconds away from recording studio, The Bubble. Guest access Wifi, grill, small yard, fully stocked kitchen, and essentials available for use. Two bicycles may also be available, be sure to inquire beforehand. Other things to note Shower only, no bathtub. Window air conditioning units (1 in each room) and radiator/space heater. Property has two homes. The larger house has friendly, long-term tenants.
