Plenty of room for grilling and lounging in the yard. The property is not fenced, and there is an abundance of deer and wildlife, so expect some furry visitors. You can find plenty of local family owned restaurants and shops only minutes away. It is a short 5 minute drive at the most to the lake and multiple public boat ramps. Only 15 to 20 minutes to the Shanty Tubes for river floating, as well as White Water Amphitheater Near by. New Braunfels is only 25 min. San Marcus is 45 minutes. Schlitterbahn Water Park is a short 30 minute drive. Six flags San Antonio is a 50 minute drive. And plenty more.
