Full kitchen with appliances and cookware as well as plates etc needed to cook meals etc.There's a-smart tv and wifi for streaming.Free parking in front of house or parking in the back as well. The space the house is approximately 1100 square with 2 bathrooms, one full bath and full kitchen and 1 living room.There is a washer and dryer as well. We ask that the AC is not below 72 so unit doesn't freeze.Free parking out front and also in the back of house. Guest access Guests will have the whole house to themselves and there's a backyard as well. Other things to note Only registered guests can stay at the house.There's no smoking of any kind "vape,cigarettes,cigars,pipes etc"inside the home at all! There's no parties or illegal drugs allowed on premises.Theres no fireworks allowed on premises either. There's a lockbox on the front door and ask that the key gets put back after locking the door when checking out.quite hours are 10:00pm-7:00am No cats allowed and a dog may stay with prior approval and a pet fee of $5.00 per day.The pet must be in a kennel when in the house and owner must pick up there droppings as well.
