There is a shower and restroom downstairs. This cabin has a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and an electric griddle if you want to cook. There is wifi access with tv upstairs and downstairs. Feel free to connect to your streaming services on either tv. The neighbor hood is a quiet residential area and has a great public park down the road towards the public boat ramp where you can enjoy the great South Texas sunsets by the famous Falcon Lake. Guests staying at the BlackBass cabin please use driveway along the side of the grey house directly in front of the white shed. The Cabin is located behind the grey house and not easily seen from the street.
