We are conveniently located between South Padre Island,Brownsville,Harlingen and to all four international bridge crossings from Los Indios to Brownsville.For the enjoyment of all birdwatchers we are located in the middle of 3 major wildlife refugees. One being Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge.We're also 6miles away from windmill farm. The space This is a 1 bedroom, one bath listing. The bed is outfitted with an ultra comfortable queen size bed. The living room merges with the breakfast area and kitchen and has the essential pots and pans to cook a meal. Guest access You will have full access to the Casita. We will send you an access code the day of your stay. Other things to note Please be aware that you will be charged for any of the following: $100 per additional guest above the allowed limit of 2 unless PRIOR arrangement was made. This includes children of any age. $100 per animal. We do not allow pets or animals of any kind. If this rule is broken your reservation will be canceled and you will not receive any sort of reimbursement or payout of any kind. $200 for smoking in the Airbnb. This is NON SMOKING listing. If the smell of smoke of any kind is detected, you will be charged. $200 in addition to the standard $50 initially charged, for cleaning services outside of the standard cleaning services performed. This includes but not limited to: any bodily fluid that has saturated any part of the airbnb ( such as linens, towels, bed, mattress, couch, carpeting, tile, walls, ceiling, counters, etc), as well as any animal fluid, secretion or hair found in any part. Any spillage of food or food product outside of the standard. Lastly, if any damage of any kind to any part of the indoor or outdoor structure, equipment, appliances, fixtures, flooring, furniture, dinnerware, bedding and linens, and/or any area or item pertaining to the function of this listing you will be charged the full amount quoted by professionals of our choosing to cover all necessary services, including repairs and/or replacement of any kind. In addition to the charges stated above, you will also be charged the amount of days the listing is unavailable, at a rate of $75 per day, due to any of the aforementioned.
