Casa Siwichi is a cute 2-bedroom, 2-bath home accommodating 7 guests. You won't have to leave your fur baby at home, because pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. The space The cozy bedrooms are situated close together, making it easy for late-night giggles to pass back and forth. The primary bedroom has a queen, a twin/twin bunk bed, and an attached bathroom with a shower. Bedroom two has a full bed along with a single bed. On the deck, there is a swing that's just right for passing time, watching a beautiful sunrise or sunset. There is also a picnic table for outdoor dining. Downstairs, you will find a Tiki Bar with seating for your guests, and plenty of room for the kids to play while the "grill master" cooks burgers and other yummy goodness on the charcoal grill. After a fun-filled day in the sand and sun, rinse away everything but the memories in the outdoor shower. You will definitely make some great memories vacationing here. Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Property Manager cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Property Manager. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included. We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need: 1 roll of paper towels 3 white kitchen trash bags 2 dishwasher tab (if applicable) 2 laundry tab (if applicable) 1 small dish soap 1 dish sponge 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom Small bar hand soap per bathroom 1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath 1 beauty bar per bath Small salt and pepper Small cooking oil There will also be a bath towel set for each guest Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, and sunscreen! Once booked, log into your guest guide for instructions on your home, beach rentals and things to do on the Peninsula. All of our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston. Guest access All living spaces inside this home are accessible. Some closets are locked for the owner's items. All outside space is accessible. The garage is not accessible.
